Introduction

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is disorder that happens after a person has been exposed or comes in contact with an incident that has changed their life drastically. Individuals with PTSD typically have damaging effects on the ways they view life and the ability to keep important relationships (Johnson, 2017). Memories of traumatic events are decreasing everyday due to lack of appropriate treatment options. This crisis in the mental health field requires innovative solutions. PTSD patients are on the verge of mentally breaking down if we do not find ways for them to let out their trauma focused memories (Jelinek et al., 2008). Action is needed if we want these individuals to remain the positive people they have been and be able to live a healthy meaningful life.
